Dogs on Board didn’t start as a business idea, it started as a shift toward work that felt meaningful.

After years in a different career, I realized I wanted to spend my days doing something more hands-on, outdoors, and genuinely impactful. Working with dogs quickly showed me how much structure, routine, and calm leadership matter, not just for dogs, but for their people too.

I’ve built Dogs on Board around those values. My approach focuses on small pack sizes, consistency, and safety, creating an environment where most dogs can relax, move, and enjoy being part of a group without chaos or overwhelm. I understand that trusting someone with your dog (and your home) isn’t something owners take lightly, and it’s not something I take lightly either.

I’ve worked with a wide range of dogs, personalities, and energy levels, and I believe dogs do best when expectations are clear and care is consistent. My goal has always been simple: to provide reliable, thoughtful care that helps dogs come home calmer and owners feel confident they’ve made the right choice.
